Peter hobbyist career in music began when he joined his local church choir in Selsdon, Surrey at the age of seven.
Since then, his joy of singing and passion for music has seen / heard him make numerous television, radio and CD appearances, and sing at all of the major cathedrals in England as well as many of the minor ones. He has also had the privilege of singing Mass at Notre Dame in Paris, St Mark’s in Venice and St Peter’s in Rome, which was followed by an audience with the then Pope, John Paul II.
Peter’s singing has also seen him tour much of Europe, be inspired by Leonard Slatkin, enjoy a joke or two with the late Richard Hickox, share a curry with Dame Emma Kirkby and throw a Frisbee with Dame Evelyn Glennie.
As a conductor, Peter has led the church choir of St Peter’s in South Croydon, the Mosaic ensemble of Warwick and the Flyfords Benefice Choir near Worcester
He has also sung with many of the country’s best choirs and is a current and founder member of the Worcester Cathedral Chamber Choir, whom he has also conducted.
